I didn't stay overnight but attended a 2 day conference there. The facilities were first rate and the food was terrific. No rubber chicken here! Well done!
(Javan here) I absolutely LOVE this place! I could not find even one fault or wrong doing! Everyone was SUPER accommodating and made sure that my stay was perfect. I assure you it was!

My husband & I stayed for a weekend getaway a few weeks ago. Everything went smoothly till the morning we were scheduled to check out. We were rudely awaken by someone opening our door at 7:30am!� An hour later there was a knock on the door (at least they knocked) by a worker giving us a receipt. At 10am AGAIN a woman from house keeping just walks in our room. � after that I was ready to just leave. House keeping should wait till at least 11am (check out time)before rushing into a room. Amazing hotel in the heart of Austin! Staff was amazing and the food was truly amazing.
Hotel was beautiful! Loved the atmosphere and everyone was so nice and friendly.
