My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the view was good. However, twice I tried to get ice delivered--the first time I called and canceled when it hadn't been delivered after an hour, the second time they brought ice bags after about 30 minutes, but then it only took them a couple of minutes to bring the ice. Other than that, great hotel, great time!
We always have an amazing experience at the JW Marriott Austin! Employees are so helpful and go above and beyond to be sweet to my children!! It was my son's birthday and they were so kind and brought my children a little surprise!!!
The hotel is beautiful, walking distance to great restaurants, and excellent staff. Love the rooftop pool and having a cabana provided wonderful shade for a delicious lunch. The friend I was staying with had executive lounge privileges that provided us a generous breakfast each morning and complimentary beverages. My daughter is moving to Austin and so I will definitely be a returning guest to the JW!
