We always have a good time and they always take care of us
It was a great hotel stay. I would recommend it to any and everyone.
Although my stay was very short, I found the service delivery excellent including the facilities and a wonderful team of helpful staff from the valet to front office, housekeeping and also F&B. Beautiful hotel and team...thank you all
They made a mistake with my booking. Only received one of my confirmations via email. Check in for three rooms, they say one of my rooms is only for one night. I said that's a mistake. I need three rooms for three nights. Set it up with your agent over the phone. They said,no problem, pay double. I protested & they gave no compromise. Not happy with JW.
Great service. Very polite. Very professional. I had a beautiful room with a king size bed with a great view.
Very nice hotel to stay as a guest and to jold conferences. Great bars and restaurants too. Hve thoroughly enjoyed my stay, having spent three nights here for the NICHE 2017 conference. All the lobby and housekeepinng staff are great. The JW Marriott is definitely a cut above.
Beautiful hotel, great location, wonderful staff. I especially loved the executive lounge. The staff there were A+- Jake (I think that was his name) in the executive lounge was especially wonderdul!
I had the Fish Tacos, they were Delicios. Great atmosphere!
