Great accommodations and great service from the greeters to the front desk and at the pool bar. My only complaint is the god awful music that is played in the lobby and at the pool. It's worse than elevator music
The hotel itself is really nice. I especially enjoyed the Marriott Premier lounge. The room they gave me, however, was not great. The walls are paper thin and I could hear everything the person next to me was doing (aka their tv, phone conversations, even their alarm in the morning!). I also could hear every conversation in the hall and every door close as people went in and out of their room. I had to sleep with my white noise app blaring. Also, my room did not get cleaned one of the days.
Excellent location close to 6th street. Excellent and funny dtaff.
It's a regular place to hang while I finish my projects
They had a special needs man at Valet and he was amazing he got us our car right away and was so helpful because I didn't have my valet ticket. The room was so nice and we got turndown service for my mom. I surprised her for her bday and this hotel is amazing!!
This hotel is the best! It is in a great location and the staff is great. Highly recommended!
This property is simply AMAZING! The Front Desk staff immediately greeted you and escorted you for Check-in....My room was immaculate....Thank You!
The hotel is nice but the staff is not the best! I would give this a two star overall. I’m glad I stayed to see what the hotel had to offer but I will be making all my future stays in Austin at The Westin. Marriott cannot beat their customer service!
