This massive hotel in the heart of Austin was elegant. The staff we met were professional in every way. The room was immaculate and designed to impress, it did.
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I had problems from the time I checked out to the time I checked out. The rooms are overpriced and you get nothing for the price. You pay $30 to park and both nights it was a nightmare with the parking garage. The customer service from the front desk was OK but the Managers customer service was the worst I have ever seen. Not a place for families for sure! This is basically a W Hotel and NOT a JW Marriott. We stay at JWs frequently and this property is nothing like the others we have stayed at. We are here for Memorial Day weekend hanging out at the pool. Cocktail waitresses are catering to the young kids thats are here to party. There is a serious issue if you ask your guests for their IDs when ordering at the pool. Beautiful hotel!!!!! We would most definitely stay again. I was a little disappointed that we couldn't extend our checkout time for an hour unless we wanted to pay $100. I wasn't feeling well and needed some extra time to get everything packed and ready to leave. They were full so I did somewhat understand.
This is so awesome.. Austin spirit everywhere and still the class of the JW Marriott .. we shall come back for sure in that heaven
I have only love for this hotel. After run two conferences here I have had universally attentive and friendly service, delicious food and drink - during conference and at Corner and luxurious accommodations. Highly Recommend!
We had a really fun time! Had drinks and nachos ..... delicious. Loved sitting out on Corners patio bar. Thanks for the free parking for motorcycles! Will tell our friends and come back soon.
Great staff !! Incredible property. Everyone I came in contact with went well above the call of duty .
