Hit up the Burger Bar today for lunch on my way to Wells Fargo. I was in line for about 10 minutes with two people in front of me, and when I got to the front was told to expect a 15 minute wait (1:02PM). I walked to the bank, and returned to find that my order wasn't ready. At 1:27PM twenty five minutes later they called another persons name, with the same burger and I finally walked up and asked that they give me their burger since he wasn't around and it had been so long. What a great night we had celebrating our anniversary! Thanks to two of your awesome valets for surprising us with champagne and strawberries - Jeremy and Sean - YOU ROCK! The room was luxurious, location awesome and the staff were extremely welcoming. Worth every penny! Thanks for making it a great night!
Excellent place to stay. If I am in Austin again I will stay here. Everything for business and pleasure us within walking distance.
Had my 21st birthday party here with five of my closest girlfriends. We ate sushi in the lobby bar as well as yummy prickly pear cocktails. We stayed in the biggest room possible, they have no suites available. Since it was two queen beds and 6 women I called the receptionist and asked for a rollaway bed and she said they do not allow for those because of a possible fire hazard. We managed to make it work we didn't sleep long anyways. In the morning we had starbucks downstairs and layed by the pool on the roof all afternoon ... read more
