A wonderful hotel in every aspect possible. Interior is gorgeous, employees (Juliana) were professional and friendly, and the restaurant's food was amazing (Corner)!!! We will be back...and the room on the 21st floor had an amazing view and it was impeccable!
I have only love for this hotel. After run two conferences here I have had universally attentive and friendly service, delicious food and drink - during conference and at Corner and luxurious accommodations. Highly Recommend!

Overpriced. The sound of the doorbell was horrible. The shower needs facelift, and so is the carpet.

I was just here for my company's convention and I can't tell you how incredible the staff at the JW Marriott in Austin truly is! Every employee there went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. We had an incredible time and the facility is absolutely stellar! Great check in experience with Rhea, she put us in a room on the 33rd floor overlooking the lake and pool. She also sent a birthday gift and card up to the room which was a $40 voucher to either restaurant on property. The pool was nice. We ran into some friends while up there. Overall the room was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and they brought us a mini fridge. We went to Corner restaurant which was amazing.
