This is an absolutely beautiful hotel with truly service oriented professionals. I'm came for a conference and am a loyal Marriott member because of their clean hotels and amazing service.
The hotel was amazing and beautiful. The cocktail service in the main lobby could use a little attention. It took 10 min to even be greeted and then another 10 to get our drinks. The event we had upstairs was amazingly ran and the food was great. Will be visiting again.
2nd time here. This time I went with my friends and every employee was very happy and friendly with us. We got a great view from the room. Good drinks and great pool.
Still my favorite place to stay in Austin! We never had to leave the hotel!
Great staff, absolutely! Great location and facilities!
The hotel is nice but the staff is not the best! I would give this a two star overall. I’m glad I stayed to see what the hotel had to offer but I will be making all my future stays in Austin at The Westin. Marriott cannot beat their customer service!
