JW Marriott staff is outstanding! I know this hotel will be great with the staff that is heading up this hotel. I am looking forward to the TCASE Conference Feb 25 to 27, 2015 at the JW in Austin.
The power went out at 2am so had no A.C. and no hot water..could not charge my phone and sweating all night! Not what i expected from a 4 star hotel.
We came with 2 children and it only did they bring a crib (large pack and play) but with blankets and a travel kit of baby bathing supplies! Very accommodating and polite. Our plans changed only a few hours into our stay and we had to check out and leave and they didn't charge us for the room. Amazing service and beautiful hotel! I'm sorry we didn't get to enjoy the wine bar!
Excellent hosts to Limelight Palooza 2017!!!! Staff was friendly and very helpful. The pillows are the best ever. I wonder what kind they are??
The hotel itself is really nice. I especially enjoyed the Marriott Premier lounge. The room they gave me, however, was not great. The walls are paper thin and I could hear everything the person next to me was doing (aka their tv, phone conversations, even their alarm in the morning!). I also could hear every conversation in the hall and every door close as people went in and out of their room. I had to sleep with my white noise app blaring. Also, my room did not get cleaned one of the days.
Ty to the bar staff that dealt with the CMG homies commandeering the space for a week.
Always a positive experience. I’ve mostly visited for specific events vs an overnight stay, but the facilities are beautiful and team members always kind and service oriented.
Excellent service. Definitely recommend.
