The hotel is beautiful, the bars are relaxing and inviting, the staff is amazing... Valet - not so much!!

Was recently there for SXSW and very impressed. A big shout out to Christopher Clark for his exceptional customer service. I had lost my phone at the hotel and not only did he help me stay calm but said he wouldn’t leave my side until we found it. He did just that. I had asked a couple other people about my phone before Chris but they didn’t seem to care. This is by far, the best chain hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff has rolled out the red carpet for DKG sisters. Not a rude person to be found. The food is fantastic and Berry Austin is just down the street!
Love this place. The staff is so friendly and helpful.
