The room was beautiful and functional. The staff was gracious, friendly, helpful and efficient. Sadly, my work requires Internet access and access here in the conference rooms was just awful.
Staycation perfection... lots of great service and ammenities.
Four star hotel with five star service. Immaculate amenities, easy check in friendly staff. Beautiful modern decor with amazing views. Will definitely be back.
Great staff, exceptional service, and amazing food. The spa is super relaxing. Pool is heated and executive lounge is well stocked with goodies.
I can proudly say that this is where I choose to work.
Staff was great and the accommodations were perfect.
They made a mistake with my booking. Only received one of my confirmations via email. Check in for three rooms, they say one of my rooms is only for one night. I said that's a mistake. I need three rooms for three nights. Set it up with your agent over the phone. They said,no problem, pay double. I protested & they gave no compromise. Not happy with JW.
They are a well oiled machine! I really felt gouged with parking though. I'm still walking funny.
