I want to give a special shout out to Daniel (bellman) who went out of his way to make my one night stay great. Otherwise there were glitches with my check in and I had to go back down (I was already in bed when they called) so they could re-swipe my credit card. No apologies as if I had done something wrong!
Fabulous facility. Beds were too firm. Sciatica flare up. Didn't sleep well.
My upgraded view from the 47th floor was superb. The room was clean and inviting after a long day on the road. I had dinner and lunch at the hotel Resturants...delicious. Staff was professional the entire four days I was a guest.
The beds were super hard!!! That is why it gets 3 stars!!!
Love this hotel, very clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was headquarters for my Sorority's regional conference. I highly recommend this hotel!!
