Worst cleaning & customer service ever. Our room was never cleaned or turned down. Never provided fresh linens. Extremely upsetting.

Very very beautiful hotel but that's about it! Unorganized & Chaotic. Called 45 minutes ahead of time for the car and still waited another 40 minutes when we got down there. The next day was worst. Every single guest that was picking up their car seemed frustrated with the chaos. Called for towels that never showed up so we just stole some off one of the carts the next morning.
