Great help and great hotel for a BIG Group! Can't wait to go back next year. Hotel is good but the staff is perfect; from Gloria that checked us in to all the folks we interacted with. A great hotel in downtown Atlanta.

This is our first and last time that we will stay here we have waited over 3 hours for our room and quite honestly we have experienced nothing but problems. We are here during a Christian convention and you would think that would create a certain type crowd but we have been approached by 4 different people asking for money, due to the fact that they are homeless. My husband is a police officer and we are here for a baseball game and relaxation and he has had to be my escort all over the hotel. At this point we are still wait... read more
