Absolutely amazing customer service; from beginning to end they exceeded the expectations I had. The hotel was constantly busy, but they didn't allow that to prevent them from giving their guest an awesome experience. The in house restaurants were also amazing and they too provided an amazing quality of service! Would recommend to friends and family and would also stay again!!!
They did not have included WIFI. The floors had stains in the room. The staff was really nice and professional. Other than the need for a cleaner room, the hotel was nice.

The first night I rolled over in bed and put my hand in something in the sheets. Next morning I found a empty juice bottle under the bed and a popsicle stick on floor in bathroom. We could not move so I asked to have the room thoroughly cleaned. Returned to find only one bed made, no sheets were changed and the empty bottle still remained. After complaining again, I was told it was "Miscommunication amongst the staff" and we were removed from our room for an hour while it was finally cleaned. What and incredible 4 star hotel. The architecture was world class with a 50 story tower of rooms on the outside and a core of glass elevators and escalators in the middle. The staff was always helpful including extra coffe in room and showing how to ride service elevator for a wife afraid of glass elevators. We had both breakfast and dinner brought to the room delivered and packaged to eat on the go. The pool and spa while showing there age were adequate for a relaxing dip and soak.
