Customer service at the front desk was ridiculous. They messed things up three times and it required supervisor to resolve. I hope when I get the bill that it doesn't require yet another call to resolve!
Food & staff was simply excellent! Room was very comfortable! Location was perfect, in the middle of everything!
Upon arriving our room was spotless your cast crew was really courteous and really professional will recomend 10/10 The cast member to clean our room was Lourdes C., she was really friendly and professional really thank full
No valet service was available- and the night front desk agent "David" was extremely rude when I expressed my concern ..
I've had consistently great experiences at this hotel.
