This hotel is so beautiful!! The hotel staff are very helpful and pleasant.
We had the best experience, it was our first time there ,and we will be back for the awesome food and Service.. but especially the two peoples Brian the manager and server Malik . They made us feel the best on our first time ... And of course we will be back. This is our favorite place in Atlanta down town ...thank for all
I loved the hotel and the staff especially the guys at the bar on 2nd floor where I ordered food. Even though it was closing time they explained menu, made recommendations. I would have given you a 5 except the front desk person who checked me in. He was rude and very abrupt with his answers to my questions. I told him my name preference. He proceeded to show me my name on my driver's license like I didn't know my name. I encountered him twice and both times his demeanor was the same.
