I enjoyed everything about this hotel!! The valet parking, the room, the breakfast, the customer service! EVERYTHING! �
We've stayed at this hotel numerous times, but this will be our last. The hotel is still beautiful, but it was filled with extremely rowdy and bothersome guests. Our door was knocked upon several times during the night by some very sketchy characters. The caliber of guests while we were there seemed quite low and more of a party crowd, with boisterous and somewhat vulgar behavior. I loved staying here! My husband surprised me with a one night getaway in the Studio room on the 33 floor and the view was amazing! The only issue I had was parking. Instead of letting people park in the actual hotel parking garage who didn't want to pay for valet parking they told us to park in the suntrust parking garage. The connection to the hotel is closed on the weekends which sucks. And I might as well paid for valet because I paid 40 just to leave the parking garage twice.... it's a hassle, and really inconvient espe... read more
