Wonderful staff, amenities, quick elevators, and quiet rooms. Very happy with my 4 nights there this week!
I always have a great time here. Everyone on staff serves with excellence they are very well trained. And have very pleasant attitudes. Customer service gets a thumbs up!!!!
Customer service is hot and cold. Reception desk excellent! Others working in hotel not so much customer oriented. The rooms, at least mine is mediocre and although I was told that it had been remodeled a year ago, it looked very old and cheap. Not at all what I expected of Marriott!
No complaints... Food was great.. Customer service was good.. 5 star hotel for the price it better been excellent .....

I stayed at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis back on May 24th just for one evening. Upon returning from a baseball game that evening, we noticed our door was OPEN. Luckily most of our more valuable items were on us, but I had to go in and check the room while my girlfriend stood outside the room in fear. I've never had this happen at any hotel and I'm not sure whether it was housekeeping or something else.
