Excellent customer service. An excellent Hotel. A nice place to stay in downtown Atlanta.
What a motel!!! The view inside the Atrium was absolutely amazing, and the view from the room was the best I've ever had! The beds were great and my favorite thing was the pillows! 4 firm pillows for each bed! The service was good, check-in was easy and check out was easier! I WILL be back someday, already got several folks asking about going with us next time!
Best accommodations for my company events, the hotel is huge .. And The staff are aleays extremely professional..

This property is great for business and social events, but the service is completely dependent on what's going on in the hotel. If you're looking for a relaxing family getaway, you're probably not reading this review because the Marriott Marquis caters to business travelers and event planners. Given the focus and their desire to draw large groups, you'd think that scaling staff to maintain the service expectation that comes with the clientele would be automatic. It is not.
