We spent 3.5 days at an International Living seminar. The food was great, the staff was wonderful and very helpful. The only reason they don't get a 5 star rating is that there was NO wifi on the Marquis level. We paid a lot of money for the seminar. It would have been nice had we not had to go to the Lobby level to get wifi.
My stays here have been wonderful.. The staff are always accommodating to there best. The attachment walkway to the mall is a huge plus for out of town visitors.. can't wait to come back.♡♡♡♡♡
The hotel was awesome. The staff was helpful. The view was amazing. THe bed was HORRIBLE. It was way too hard. The floor was sadly more comfortable.

I had an awesome stay for my 35th birthday, which was cinco de mayo! Downtown convenient to EVERYTHING! Room was very nice, clean, and I loved the modern look! 5 star I will definitely be back! I had a suite with an AWESOME view.
Great location, but hotel service was lacking in the High Velocity restaurant and with some of the other staff members. Except for valet parking - that was very efficient! Room furnishings and lobby are in need of an update as well.
I loved the staff and the building is very nice. I took advantage of the concierge lounge, which is very nice. The only thing I didn't like was the platform beds. They were very low to the ground and a bit uncomfortable to sleep on. Other than that, I loved this place!
