Amazing hotel, courteous staff and the view from every floor is crazy! I will definitely be returning! Kira was especially helpful with directions and ideas for things to do while we were in town. Wonderful experience
All the bartenders who worked at the Velvet convention were amazing!!! It was late, but they were so polite and full of energy providing nothing, but A1 customer service! From the time I stepped foot out of the car my entire experience was amazing!
My family of four stayed two nights. We had an amazing time. We were greeted by friendly valet service as soon as we arrived. Check in time was about 10 minutes total and we were in our room 15 minutes at the most. Our bellman was super friendly and must've loved kids bc he kept ours laughing all the way to the room.
