Awesome love it so much keep it up the good works
This hotel had the opportunity to created some great experiences to offer customer satisfaction. Instead, its focus was on the number of people checking in and having the need to alter information that compromised integrity. The ckerk lied as if my room wasn't ready to occupy, as her co-worker looked at her with disgust while correcting her wrong. I was in awe of the architecture. Staff was professional, friendly, knowledgeable of the area as we got in very late and was hungry. We were able to get delivery and the place they recommended was excellent. Starbucks on location. Even though my bathroom door came off track, everything else was fine. Whenever we asked for something they were reasonably quick. I'd stay again.
Dreadful! When I checked in the place was overrun by partying kids (really over a 1000 of them!). Nobody had any control - and when I spoke with "At your service" they told me there was nothing they could do. Seriously guys - I'm not in hotel management - you could do two things - lock the hotel down to other guests - or lock off the high floors to your regular guests. Unfortunately I'll never stay again - and I can't recommend it to anyone.
Great place to stay, it's close to everything. I stay here every time I'm in town!!
