RecommendedThe staff, rooms and service was AMAZING. Had to visit Melbourne 2 weekends in a row for a death in my family. Each stay, the staff was thoughtful and whatever we needed they were there with smiling faces and genuine kindess! *Special kudos go out to Eric, Obbed, Leah and Jasmine. My family have ALL agreed that from now on that THIS hotel is where we stay for all future visits back home (Melbourne). Thanks for being awesome! Nina (Sunday's sister)

Well the desk clerk just handed our room key and didn’t say what room it was or where the elevators were . Then the way the tv was u couldn’t lie in bed and watch it. Desk clerk didn’t give us a run down of the bar or restaurant operations and/or pool and jacuzzi. The geese this AM was the only positive thing about this place . Might consider coaching the desk clerk and arranging the tv so it could be watched from the bed
