I am here now we checked they neglected to tell us that there is construction on our floor so they moved us nice room friendly people at 12 am got awaken bye a alarm that was a mistake in hotel not that happy about that
We've stayed here on several occasions and always had a great experience with the exception of this one which was not good at all. We booked a king suite and had to wait two hours for the room to be readied. We ordered room service and they brought it to us in a paper bag. None of the vending machines worked, when we called and asked about them we were told the machines were exact change only but no one knew the exact amount. Cockroaches and they don't even care. Must be infested. I've been waiting for a returned phone call for the manager for days and I visited the concierge before I left and also called two days in a row. SMH
It was a excellent hotel. The rooms are great and bathroom is great. I loved the hotel hot tub and pool. I wouldn't eat at the hotel To expensive to eat at. I would go to the Hilton next door to eat.
I came up their during my friends lunch break. He fucked the shit out of me in one of the mens bathrooms.. I was hoping he could slide us in a room... But it didnt matter

I've stayed at this Marriott on multiple occasions and have yet to be disappointed. They've always been super nice and accommodating. My service experience has always been above average. I expect the valet and the charges that go along with it, as it is clearly specified on their page. Downtown parking in any large city is always a premium and you're paying for the convenience of parking on site with in and out privileges. I wish I would've read these reviews before I decided to stay here because it would have saved me allot of money time and frustration. I will never stay at this hotel again in life. First they have AAA parking contracted to valet park their cars which is the worst parking company. My reason for coming to Atlanta was to bring my daughter her car that her father and I have purchased for her.
