We stayed at the hotel for valentines day weekend. This was also our anniversary and the staff was super friendly and helpful. This was my first time staying in a high rise hotel and o was extremely pleased. We are planning a trip in June for my husband's reunion and we will definitely be booking with you

I attended the conference which was held at the Marriott and as I walked down the hall I saw it raining skittles from the ledges Ignored it and proceeded to my room. I opened the door and noticed there was condoms and a waist trainer on one of the beds. I assumed it was from the previous guest. But as I was in the shower a few minutes later a couple came in and said this was their room. Then I found that $400 have been stolen from my wallet. Needless to say I will not being staying here again.
No microwaves, no refrigerators, how is it a 5 star hotel with 1 star service????? I do not think that the marriot is worthy of it's recognition
Attending a large conference here. Waited over 8 hours for "clean" rooms--from 4pm until midnight-- after it took over 3 hours in line to get checked in. Housekeeping is in need of a major overhaul. Rooms marginally clean just barely acceptable. Awful experience. Will never stay here or attend another conference at this hotel.
Very disappointed in my first stay at Atlanta Marriott Marquis. We came for a conference, which included 4000 students from around Georgia. We checked in at 9:30am and were told to check back after 12 to see if rooms were ready. Not ready at 12. Told to check back at 3. Not ready at 3:00. Here we are 9:20 pm and 4 of our rooms are still not cleaned. When the kids were in a conference I decided to take a shower. No hot water, so a quick cold shower it was.
