3am party in the room next to me. Security took over 30 minutes to come and was knocking on the wrong door
The staff is amazing and the service was phenomenal. Great stay!!!!
This was by far one of the nicest hotels I have had the pleasure of staying in, very clean and very comfortable. I can not commend the entire staff enough to, all the way from management to maintenance, on their friendliness and courtesy towards their guests, they made me feel like I was a guest in their own home. This was my first time to Altanta and they made it such a pleasure, if I ever find myself traveling there again this is where I will definitely stay!
Absolutely horrible. I arrived on a red eye flight and paid for the night before to ensure I have a room to check into when I arrive. When I tried to check in the front desk gal told me there were no rooms available. I told her to check her records clearly. She came back and gave me the smallest and crappiest room. The room is the size of small European hotels. Since I am a Platinum Member, I got a rom on the highest floor but the air conditioning is so loud, I couldn't sleep. The location, amenities....restaurants on site...........cleanliness......Staff are amazing, considerate and very friendly.The service was impeccable and our bedroom, luxurious and relaxing.This place exceeded our hopes and expectation it was magnificent and an incredible visit with memories to last a lifetime.Many thanks for a wonderful stay !
