I beat this is the worst dealership on the east coast!!!!!! I already didn't like the place but I needed a part today and their parts dept dude tells me their dealership in Yorktown has it and he can get it tomorrow. I say no that's ok I'll drive up real quick because I want to get the dyna going. He said cool. I drive up to Yorktown and they don't have it. Great place to Buy, live in Northern Va. and drive here for service and my parts and accessories . Always seam to go way beyond any dealer around here and the New Bike Prices Show it !!! 7 + dealers around here none can come close to Southside's prices and Customer Loyalty ! Staff just knows how to please there Customers , And the Shop Mechanics are top notch also.
Attended the Red Cross Blood drive yesterday and definitely enjoyed taking with everyone and looking at all of the bikes. They have an amazing selection of Harley's.
Staff at SSHD amazing ! Many have become personal friends outside of work . The Red Cross blood drive. Sadly very poorly organized as many walked away without donating on account of the WAIT ". I waited almost 2-1/2 hrs. Finally in the bus to donate only to be put in another line to wait another 40 plus minutes ! I had enough and walked out ! As well as others . Gladly donate my blood on many other occasions and will continued to do so ! Many have children in tow and were denied to have them on the bus with them. Fair enough... read more
Great service and sales departments, top notch staff and a friendly atmosphere. Had some good coffe while I was waiting for service on my Heritage Classic! Man, those new Road Glides sure look good! Definitely have my business in the future! Thanks!
