Great staff. Very responsive to customer needs. Service facility is knowledgeable and competent. Totally devoted to giving you a positive Harley experience.
Have been spending $$$$ at this place many years- probably not as much as others. Joe up front and all the folks in sales/parts & clothes always helpful. Can't say that for the guys working the service counter, on more than one occasion they are RUDE PRICKS Brian I believe was his name today, did a great job making sure I NEVER TAKE MY BIKE THERE!!
Great group, this year's group ride to outer banks, we were planning to stop at Southside harley as they have treated us special in previous rides.....about 50 miles short of dealership we had a engine light come on and made it to the dealership, where we met Bryan and the service team, they fixed my bike and we were back on vacation in a few hours. Thanks Southside!
