Very disappointed in the service department at this dealership. I have had prices misrepresented at this location twice now and refuse to rely on them again. The techs at the service counter are also very disrespectful. I have never had a pleasant experience and have been lied to more than once. I wish this wasn't the case as I had planned to purchase my next bike there. I will be shopping elsewhere.

Excellent staff in all areas whether buying a bike to financing and service. They have great promotions and get togethers for your enjoyment and to meet new people.
Bike needed a tune up. Charlie Haywood n his team squeezed me n the busy schedule so I could continue our trip. A big shout out to my new brother Haywood. Who stated we are all family here. Thank you Southside Harley Davidson
Walked in just for the hell of it not thinking I had a chance at all to get a bike especially being that I got ripped off on the bike I had.long story short I am riding my dream bike now all thanks to the southside family!!!! Great customer service by everyone there!!!
