I went there to get my rear tire replaced and they told me I couldn't use the points I had built up after the work was done. That sucked big time.
Never had a group of folks willing to work so hard to get me where I wanted to be. From the first phone call where I talked to Anthony, I knew I was dealing with customer oriented people. There was a reason I rode in from out of state and passed 3 other dealers to come to southside. True enthusiasts and I'll make the trip anytime I want parts or service! Got to give a shot out to Tyler, Bill, Chris in parts and everyone else I met but forgot the names. Keep up the great work!

Wonderful HD dealer! The staff is awesome and are there to help however they can. Great merch selection and nice pick of bikes too!
Sales, parts and financing department is amazing, all expertly equipped and polite / customer service oriented. I loved the experience and employees I came in contact with. But; Service dept could use a little more bedside manner.
