Great buying experience with a wonderful staff. It was refreshing to deal with folks that were not pushy and seemed genuinely interested in helping us find the right bike for us. Being able to test drive a bike made a huge difference. It's a laid back atmosphere but they make sure you know each department that's there for all your bike, accessories and apparel needs. I rode there on my bike with the intention of trading it in and walked around the lot and took my time looking at bikes for a good 30 min then went inside and looked for about ten min. I said bellow to two people that work there. Not one person said hello back. Not one person said how may I help u. Not one said do u like that bike . what bikes do u like. Service would have helped make u a sale today. Service goes a long way .
We are from Ohio and stopped in. Talked to Bill Seabright (bike sales). He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Along with he knows where to get a good steak dinner. Thank You!!!
