Walked in 5 minutes before they closed on the night of their Christmas party. They insisted on seeing me even though I said I'd come back later. My first X-rays didn't show what the doctor wanted so they even took the time to retake them. The broken bone showed up on the second take. Even though it was late they took the time to make me feel like the only patient in the world. I received prompt, thorough and excellent care. They were able to accomplish blood work, X-rays, IV, and other additional necessary services quickly. It would have taken a night’s stay in a hospital to take care of everything they provided within a matter of a few hours.
Fast service. Friendly staff. Clean facility. I hope never to go back but if I ever do, it will be there.
While on vacation at Gulf Shores in September I had a very unexpected and painful flare up of my rheumatoid arthritis. I was miserable with pain so I visited Southern Rapid Care. They were friendly and efficient! The nurse practitioner was very sympathetic and treated me with dignity and respect. Thanks to her treatment I was about 95% better by the next morning! Nearly pain-free!
Everyone... (Nurse Practioner, nurses and receptionist) was so, so friendly and very efficient!
I cannot say enough great things about this place. The Dr. rested my fears and totally fixed my toddler's issue. I am so happy we ended up at this clinic while on vacation. Huge thanks goes out to you!
