This clinic is the best. I had a huge gash on my forehead and my nose. As soon as my wife and I walked in, the guy at the desk realized I was bleeding and let me go on to the back while my wife filled out the paperwork. The doctor and nurse were extremely nice, professional, and fast in stitching me up. I think we were in, out, and back at the condo in less than an hour. This place is great....went in...great service getting me in to see the doctor...was there all of 15 minutes and had the treatment and the things I needed...will not go anywhere else. Thanks to all who made this a great experience!
The staff here is amazing! They go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of and they treat you like family. A huge thank you to NP Shelia and RN Julie M for going above and beyond yesterday to get me back on my feet and back to work in a hurry! Outstanding customer service, clinic efficiency, and patient care! Even if you don't live in Orange Beach and you find yourself in need of a good clinic - Southern Rapid Care is worth the drive!
A great experience, a great group of people! Really excellent and knowledgable as well as kind and caring. I had several tests run and had results within a few minutes. I highly recommend this group of care providers!!
I can't say enough about what a a positive experience I had at Southern Rapid Care. I began asking them questions a week ago about their hydration infusions and they have been amazing from start to finish. Helpful, timely, knowledgeable and encouraging. I went in today for the infusion and again, every single touchpoint was extremely positive. OMG!!! i have never felt so good about feeling so bad...This was the BEST medical experience I have ever had...Zero wait time, and had Stacy Schultz as the nurse and Julie Murphy as the provider, I cannot tell you how good they were to me . Stacy you give the BEST shots ever, and Julie you were just amazing, professional, and kind....I cannot thank you enough for taking care of me, and i will definitely use Southern Rapid Care as my primary medical provider!!
