SRC is the most efficient, passionate,caring medical institute I have ever encountered. Maybe they could give South Baldwin hospital lessons in being courtesy, and time proficiency. Our baby girl woke up with 102 fever on vacation. We called, checked on our insurance, they told us to come in, ZERO wait time, we were in the room to be seen. Their office is bright and colorful and had something for our little girl to play with an occupy her while we completed forms. The nurse we had was precious. I don't think our 2 yr. old has ever acted so well at a doctor visit (she wasn't afraid at all). I feel like they had a huge role in making that possible! Checked in at 1:23 and I walked out the door at 1:40. The nicest staff, quickest quality service, and the cleanest facilities you will ever walk into. Not my first time here and won't be my last!

Hands down the best clinic Orange Beach has and what a huge blessing it is to have this amazing place. Anytime my husband, myself, or my 2 little boys are sick, it's a no brainer- we come here. I was just in with my 2 year old Sawyer today and had such a wonderful experience. The staff is highly skilled with amazing bedside manner. Southern Rapid Care is amazing! From the moment I stepped through the door to the moment I left, I was treated kindly and professionally by everyone. They were most attentive to my needs and took time to explain the diagnosis and medicines prescribed. I was also able to use their IV hydration station. Nurse and P.A. continually checked in on me. Orange Beach is fortunate to have such a top notch facility. Thanks for taking such good care of me Southern Rapid Care.
