RecommendedWonderful caring staff. In and out within 30 minutes. Shots didn’t even hurt. If your sick on vacation and need a place that feels like Home I would highly recommend them!

“Southern rapid care “ in orange beach! Sheila Stephens - one of the owners refused to see my 3yrs old that had low grade fever! And needed to take some blood, based on the fact I was “rude” and my tune of voice she meant my accent , and when I told her I will sue for discrimination and that David has nothing to do with it. Her response to me ... “Stand in line to sue me “ what an awful experience please share and let everyone know that they discriminate if you have anything else than “Southern accent “!!
This place is excellent! Very clean, Quick Service, and super professional staff. When you go to the doctor's office, they don't always take time to explain things, nurse practitioner Sheila took all the time I needed and then gave me flyers to take home with information about what I was seen for. Highly recommend!
They were amazing with my 3yo son. He coughed and cried the all night, and I brought him in the following morning. From the receptionist, to the nurse, to the doctor, the entire staff was amazing. They were so caring and compassionate... care like I’ve never seen from any urgent care before. The waiting area and exam rooms were clean and looked very well kept. I hope we never have any medical issues while vacationing in Orange Beach, but now I know that if something does come up, Southern Rapid Care will take good care of us... read more

I highly recommend them!!! We were less than 12 hours into our vacation and one of our children became super sick. I found them through my health insurance app. The customer service and quality of care was amazing!!! As a healthcare provider myself and being away from home this place was a Godsend!!!
Unfortunately we had to interrupt a trip on the water to visit the doctor, but Liz and Stacy were INCREDIBLE, and had my husband laughing and back to great very quickly!! It's a scary feeling to rush someone in pain to a doctor when you are on vacation because you never know what type of experience you will have, but you can rest assured Southern Rapid Care will take great care of you. Thank you to the entire staff that assisted us last night!
