I came down for a work trip and ended up with double ear infections. I was seen by a doctor in a matter of minutes. Everyone was profession, kind, and compassionate. It took me longer to fill out my paperwork than it did to get in and out and on my way to feeling better. Highly recommend!
I just want to say thank you to Dr. Liz. I had a few things going on at the same time and she was compassionate, caring, thoughtful, knowledgeable and really pleasant to talk to. She listened to everything I had to say patiently and when she figured out what was wrong, explained everything and answered all of my questions. I will forever be your patient, thank you so much! Also all of her staff was kind and amazing! ❤️
They are the best. They listen to your symptoms and treat you with care. The wait time is minimal.

If you are in the Orange Beach area and need an Urgent Care I highly recommend Southern Rapid Care. The staff were welcoming and the wait time far exceeded my expectations. I was in and out in a short time and well attended to. Hopefully I will not need Urgent Care while visiting the area again but if I do I will definitely return to Southern Rapid Care.
We were on vacation and had a water incident. We went in for a neck injury and were quickly seen by Dr. Cameron. Additional imaging was required and the staff helped to arrange for this at a local facility. Stacy worked with my insurance company and the imaging facility to move the process forward quickly and smoothly. Their office team was quick to return phone calls and everyone I interacted with was warm, compassionate, and welcoming. They have a lot of good reviews and there is a reason for this! Highly recommend.
listen to the patient! i got charge 150 dollars for a sliver to be removed from all the way through my finger and lo and behold i removed it myself a week later after it was infected! the "doctor" didnt do jack spit for me! 150 dollars wasted and will never visit again. -One very angry patient
I have known the fine professionals of SRC for many years ! I was fortunate to have worked with them in an Emergecy Department setting ! I saw their great works first hand ! So happy to have them serving our South Baldwin Community !
