I was so very pleased with this Urgent Care! They were absolutely wonderful and very thorough with my 3 year old. I have not felt this way with other urgent cares in the area with my children. It was so nice yo not have to drive out of town for a good urgent care for children. Definitely recommend for anyone. As an RN myself, I am picky lol
I cannot give enough positive points to this facility! Our family deals with very complicated medical issues and unfortunately have been in hundreds of ER and Urgent Cares over the years. This was, by far, the cleanest, most responsive, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable staff we’ve encountered. I’m visiting from out of state and unfortunately may have been exposed to covid. I went to this facility and I can not say enough about how amazing they are. I anticipated that they would be busy but had no idea how busy they actually were. Through it all the staff was friendly and helpful. I witnessed quite a few people who could stand to be nicer but no matter what the front desk girls stayed positive. The staff in the back was just as wonderful. The staff at Southern Rapid Care is very professional and helpful. I was recently tested for Covid and the ladies were very kind and explained the process to me. I got my results back quickly. I highly recommend the ladies at Southern Rapid!

I recommend any emergency care clinic if you are sick. However, I would recommend driving a couple of more minutes to the American Family Care in Orange Beach instead of Southern Rapid Care. It's not the wait, and it wasn't the nursing assistant that took my blood pressure. It's the fact that when you call the office and dial 3 to speak to a receptionist, you go to voicemail at least 4 out of 5 attempts.
