Amazing hotel,staff, and location !!! Won’t stay anywhere else, home away from home!
Really nice place to stay.......staff is very accomodating for all your needs.
Without a doubt this is our go to place when we come to St. Augustine. The staff is always friendly and helpful, not only in person but over the phones as well. We have been 5 times in the last year for short weekends! They are always so accommodating to get us in the area of our preference. It is clean, everything always is in working order, their breakfasts are nice and fresh and warm and it’s a great location. We love just love the hospitality at SOI!!
We stayed here for the first time November 6th for 4 nights and were not disappointed. Cant say enough good things.......pet friendly & has a fenced in dog run, a huge grassy lot for you and your dog on a leash to walk, clean rooms, good wi-fi, comfortable king size bed, friendly and helpful staff, really good hot breakfast each morning, helpful staff in the breakfast area, good coffee available at all times.
