A million thanks to Holly. After my phone call she went out of her way and searched the grounds and dog park and FOUND my husbands 38 yr old dog tag that had fallen off. The only place we’ll stay in St Augustine.
The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! Clean rooms. Have stayed here twice now.
Very clean, dog friendly hotel. Everyone was so nice and accommodating - from the front desk, to the cooks, to the housekeeping staff. Loved the hot breakfast every day! We will definitely be back whenever we're in St. Augustine!
We’re having great breakfast here at Southern Oaks Inn, and staying for two days. I really love it here coz the ambiance is great and our room is neat and clean! Staffs are very much accommodating!���
First time stay...wow it was Fantastic! Easy to find, very pet friendly and great breakfast as well. Very clean rooms to a "good morning" from every single staff and close to wherever we needed to go...we'll definitely be back. Thank y'all.

Very nice, rooms nice and great breakfast. Dog run was especially nice for our pups. The mattress was not as comfortable as I would of liked but I would definitely stay here again.
We have stayed there a lot since our child went to college there. Always clean, good breakfast, helpful staff. Pet friendly and close to downtown historic district. Will always stay there in St. Augustine, and will happily recommend it to all of our family and friends!
