I would give this hotel more stars. I like the pool, the food for breakfast was pretty okay the rooms were good so I have no complaints there.

My husband and I fully enjoyed our weekend stay at the Southern Oaks Inn. The customer service was exceptional and the room was exactly. If we ever come back to the area we will most certainly book here again.
Where to start....well this quaint motel is exactly what every lodging facility should strive for. The rooms were clean, well apportioned and comfortable. You would pay twice as much for a similar room at many larger chain hotels. Room was very clean, pet friendly. They have a book with dog friendly parks restaurants and local vets. I thought that was a nice touch. They greet you with cookies and punch. Breakfast is included in the price. Very nice people great experience all around.
First time here and found it on an online service. Concerned at first because of the name but we thought we'd love them a chance. It was a perfect stay! Nothing was out of place and the staff and housekeeping were on top of their game. The breakfast the next morning was tasty fresh and filling. We will definitely make a return trip and hopefully get to stay once again at this wonderful place.
