Great pet-friendly, budget-friendly modest motel. Really clean, really comfortable and nice staff. Highly recommend.
This place was awesome! Rooms were so clean and housekeeping staff was great! The hot breakfast was so good and was a perfect start to each day! (My kids and I all loved the banana pancakes and I liked the chocolate chip banana pancakes even better!) My daughter's beloved blanket was accidentally mixed in with the sheets/towels one day and the housekeeping staff kept it put up and we were able to recover it this morning before we checked out! Definitely will be staying here again if we make it back to St Augustine!
Southern Oaks Inn is an older motel that has been updated with all the modern amenities that you'd expect. They offer a full country breakfast and great friendly service. Pet friendly and close to all the local attractions. We will be back !

Enjoyed our visit to this pet friendly Inn with wonderful, attentive staff. Will definitely return for another visit. Stayed over Memorial day weekend and had excellent service by Michelle and Lucas at the front desk.
The staff was amazing. From check in to check out they were all friendly and helpful. Even when we got home and I realized I had left my necklace they were on top of it. I got a call first thing the next morning they had found it and even offered to mail it to me. Thank y'all and we can't wait to stay with y'all our next trip.

My husband & I had 1 night away from the kiddos while in Florida last summer. We booked our 1 night stay at Southern Oaks Inn. Beautiful hotel room. Fantastic staff. Delicious breakfast. Planning our trip for this year.
This place will definitely be my go to place when I stay in St Augustine. Clean, friendly staff, quiet rooms and close to everything we would like to do. Plus no worries on finding a place to eat breakfast. The breakfast was the best continental breakfast I have ever had.
