We spent 2 night Family of 10 .We have nice time room nice and clean and the staff be nice.
Stayed one night with my family. Wonderful experience! Southern Oaks is extremely clean and the staff very accommodating. The breakfasts are served which I really liked with more than enough choices. They are also pet friendly, we will definately be back.
First time there and couldn't be happier. Room was nice and clean. We brought our dogs and they were happy with their facilities as well. Breakfast was delicious. Definitely coming back again.
Was pleasantly surprised when we first pulled in . But after going in to front desk immediately Was very pleased @ the Hospitality of staff & warm friendly atmosphere of hotel . Room exceeded our expectations very nice & clean nice comfy beds and very convenient to getting to town attractions. Would highly recommended hotel very affordable price & free sit down breakfast as well.
Spent 3 nights over the Thanksgiving holiday. Room was clean and comfortable. Walls seem thick, could not hear neighboring guests. The hotel breakfast was decent but nothing to call home about. The staff were friendly and courteous. Great location, there is a CVS and a Walgreens across the street within walking distance, there is also a very good restaurant called Jaybirds right across the street which was very good. The room was nice. Breakfast was a 3 star. Coffee a two. The lady in charge of housekeeping made one of her employees cry as she yelled at not realizing a guest was standing within ear shot.
Thank you for making this such an easy stay with our dog. It was our first time traveling overnight with him and he sure was happy! The continental breakfast had such nice things to choose from too!
Quite, Close to all the sites To see ,clean , Pet Friendly and doggie park , pool clean . Courtesy great . My 2nd stay I will definitely be back . Good cooked on the spot breakfast. Large property to enjoy walking.
Best hotel in St Augustine!!! Took care of everyone from the hurricane! Even served us a hot dinner!
