Erik Eldorado is my service guy and he is awesome. I bought my Honda 1 1/2 years ago and Erik Eldorado has taken care of me almost every time I've brought it in for my oil changes and service. Erik knows how to give customer service and is aware I don't want to come in and waste my time. He is very up front about what I need to do to preserve my investment. I don't ever write reviews, but Steve Moore is the best Salesman I have EVER dealt with. He sold my husband his car last year and he sold me my car last week! He was not pushy at all, and he helped me find exactly what I wanted, and more. We went to several car dealerships in the Tulsa area the Saturday before I bought my car. Needed to get the airbag recall fixed on the Honda Fit, but also something else went wrong with this car which we've owned less then a year (bought used from another location). Because of the recall we went here instead of too our regular mechanic (big mistake). We were told the part would take 3-4 days to arrive, we are still waiting. Have had to call the service department to even know if they were working on our car yet as NO ONE called us. Offered no loaner car. First thing I like about South Pointe is you can drive through the parking lot without being hounded by a salesperson. I called in on a Monday to see if the car was still available which it was-thank goodness! I went back to the dealership that evening test drove the vehicle and fell in love with it! Patti Austin was the person I went through and she was a tremendous help!! Remind you I didn't go to the dealership till around 6:30 that evening and she was with me until I finished all of the paperwork which was close to 9pm-t... read more

I was at South Pointe getting an oil change on my car. Alan checked the car in immediately, gave me status updates throughout the process, let me know what services were recommended, and even had my car wash. Great experience!

This is the second time I've leased from South Pointe. The service that Charlie gave me was second to none. He hung in with me as we ground through a deal that took 4 days to complete! Love my car and looking forward to doing my next lease here as well. Thank you so much for all your hard work, hanging in there with me and going above and beyond!
