I bought my car and only have it serviced here. They are always kind and offer help to answer my questions. I just had my oil change and Paul worked with me on my maintenance minders to ensure I wasn’t getting service on something that didn’t quite need to be serviced yet. They have a very friendly atmosphere, the waiting area is comfortable as well. Thanks for always taking care of my Honda!
Each person I talked to when scheduling my appointment on the telephone was very helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to ensure an accurate quote, as well as, referred me to the website for a coupon. I was able to comfortably wait for my vehicle to be fixed and Mr. Ybarra was very courteous and communicated well regarding repairs that needed to be done. Because of their hospitality, professionalism, and kindness, I plan to return to the dealership for any maintenance needs.
Today I took my SUV in for a recall issue. I also asked them to check on 2 other minor concerns. They looked into my concerns and completed the recall earlier than the quoted time. They were friendly and efficient . My only concern was that I could hear a few employees having personal conversations behind the counter that were not for customers hears. Voices carry and are louder than you think. Overall, I was pleased with the service I received.
We just purchased our new Honda Pilot yesterday. Start to finish it's been an easy process. Our sales associate, Charlie, was great to work with! Kind, patient, professional. Honestly everyone we talked to there was great. We couldn't be happier! Thank you South Pointe Honda!! We are Honda people now 🙌🏻
The service department is always courteous, knowledgeable and honest. Phillip has been our service advisor several times and his expertise and customer service skills are very much appreciated.
