DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM SOUTH POINT. Just bought a brand new Honda CRV touring last Wednesday. I need a heated steering wheel because I have a condition that I lose circulation in my hands (Raynaud's). I took the car home with 90 miles and they ordered the heated steering wheel. It came in on Friday and we brought the car back (now with 630 miles) to install it on Monday. Went to south Pointe unsure if I would even be able to get a vehicle. Not only did Charlie get me into a car that I absolutely love but he fit my payments perfectly into my monthly budget! SO happy with the service and my new Honda civic!
Charlie did a great job...I am a strict Jeep guy. However, he did an impressive job of selling me on a Honda Pilot...the vehicle was just plain smooth. One of the best experiences that I have had in buying an SUV.

I am very pleased with the service at South Pointe Honda. When I have an emergency and no appointment, they don't turn me away. They provide me with quality service.
The actual process of test driving, forms, and financing was very smooth. My only quibble was that the financing department was understaffed that day, apparently due to the top two agents in the department having gone on vacation, so that part of our carbuying experience was severely delayed. But once we were actually sitting down with the financing agent, everything went quickly. Extremely DISAPPOINTED and ANGRY with our experience!! Left work early, got an official check made to this dealership and drove almost 2 hours with my husband and infant to South Pointe after my husband had called internet sales and set an appointment to purchase a particular vehicle (had also received an email in regards to appointment by Sephoria Fletcher).
