Just purchased A 2018 Honda CRV Touring and AWD SUV - A SUV can’t get better than this
Jay was super friendly but not pushy at all which I greatly appreciate from a dealership. I told him what I found online that I liked. He showed me that exact car then showed me the identical one but up a grade.. I loved it! Quick, easy to work with and very friendly group.
We had a great experience buying our CR-V! We love it!! The staff was professional and made us a reasonable offer we felt good about accepting. Very no nonsense. Great financing options, too. I would encourage anyone to give them a chance to make a deal!

Probably the smoothest car purchase I have ever made. I already knew what I wanted, I already had my financing in place, I just needed the car & I knew which one I wanted. It was a very cold evening but Charlie (salesman) didn’t seem to mind. He warmed the car up, we took it for a drive, he showed me what all the buttons were for. We had a very positive experience with the pre-owned part of the dealership. Would buy from here again. We used Josh Boom as our salesperson. He was very personable and honest.
Brought CRV in to get an oil change and new wiper refills. They told me I needed my rear differential oil changed and cabin filter changed so I had it done. I always have done what they recommend and only take it there. I told them it idles and rides rough during cold weather. So after thinking I was getting an oil change and wiper refills I ended up spending $204.00. Then I was told the reason it idles rough is because I need a valve adjusted and new spark plugs. Very poor customer sales staff experience and sales manager was extremely rude.
I literally had the most amazing experience m here at south pointe! Had to get my car serviced and it had to be taken care of over night- I was given a rental car at no cost, shuttle service complimentary. It was just a wonderful all around experience. Thank you for everything! Will definitely be coming back!
