My family has now purchased 4 cars from Josh Boom and South Pointe Honda. Excellent customer service even when there a couple minor problems. Walked in and finance director took care of issue promptly and was fair about it. Josh was great at making the selection and sales process smooth. Great management and team at south pointe. Everyone was nice but what irritated me is when you tell someone exactly what the problem is and they have it for a few hours and say they can't find the problem. Then charged $390 all because they had to work on it all day and night to find out it was the same issue I told them it was. Waste of money. I just want to find a good Honda dealership/service place to take my car to without feeling cheated of my money. I get paying something for service but why wouldn't you check what I told you to?
