I have used this dealership for years to service my CRV and have always received wonderful service, but being a young female I was a little wary of trying to actually purchase a car. Charlie Shore helped me and was wonderful. He was incredibly knowledge about the features and very friendly, more importantly though he didn't make me feel pressured or manipulated into getting or not getting a car, which is something I have encountered at other dealerships or places of sales in general. Bought a 2015 Honda Odyssey from Patti Austin and she was AMAZING!!! She helped us find what we needed, she even came back to the dealership after being off for the night to let us drive a few more and stayed with us til almost 10pm to get us taken care of!!! We've had the van for almost a week now and absolutely love it!!!
