Canceled my extended warrenty 40 days ago and they never funded the credit department the $2200 they owe me! After repeatedly calling regarding this issue they advised me that it was because of a new employee that did not follow through. I call bullshit! SOUTH BAY VW GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND FOR 40 DAYS!!! WORST FINANCE DEPARTMENT EVER!
