Ceaser needs to learn how to treat a customer. Wife took in car for the "free oil change" and would not let her drop off the car without a appointment. I was there a few weeks ago for a sensor going out and they told me to come back for the oil change did not mention anything about appointment. But if i was paying for the oil change i would bet you they would have gotten us in right away!
