Great experience leasing our e-golf. Everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The reason for 4 stars is that the new car had a scratch on one of the windows and missing both the SIM card and owners manual. I had to take the car back to have the window replaced and SIM card installed which was a waste of a 1/2 day of work; however, service was great. The owners manual is supposed to be mailed to me but I haven’t received it yet.

RecommendedI dealt with Gaspar Alonzo to repair all the parts connected to the recall. Gaspar kept me in the loop with texts and phone calls. The process was long and somewhat frustrating. Gaspar allowed me to understand all the was going on and made me feel secure. I really appreciated the shuttle taking me back and forth while waiting for repairs. Everyone I dealt with was kind and very polite. Thank you so much
